Previously, I was responsible for high level expertise with regard to network troubleshooting using tools such as WireShark and Solarwinds with issues such as those related to unicast/multicasting routing, GRE tunneling, Protocol Independent Multicast and Rendezvous Points, OSPF, time servers, radio communications, network delay/latency, and IP ports and protocols.

• Certification or equivalent experience on Fortigate and Juniper Firewalls
• Can demonstrate logical fault resolution techniques, backed by tenacity to resolve customer problems
• CCNA Security, Wireless and Data Center are desirable
• Cisco CCNP certifications (Routing and Switching, Security, Wireless and Data Center) are highly desirable
• Experience with VMware virtualization for support and troubleshooting network architecture

In the previous role, I was responsible for technical assistance and knowledge to guide Routing, Switching, Security, Load Balancing, Wireless and Cabling and general Telecommunications across multiple vendor products.
