Previously, I was responsible for answers directly or by referral; discusses situations that prevent meter from being read (e.g., meter obstruction, animals in yard or chained to meter).

I reviewed the requirements of the job opening and I believe my candidacy is an excellent fit for this position. Some of the key requirements that I have extensive experience with include:

• Potential overnight stays while traveling
• A high school diploma, GED or eqivalent combination of education and experience
• Preference will be given to applicants with prior meter reading experience
• Route optimization
• Previous experience working with meters or related equipment is preferred
• Safety awareness and good driving skills imperative
• Able to operate company equipment and vehicles necessary for completion of assigned responsibilities
• Working outside for extended periods of time in all weather

• Under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor
• Requires daily walking and/or climbing on varied terrain
• Basic knowledge of water system construction, distribution or plumbing background is desirable
