• Current Home Health Aide Certification in State of California
• Assist in routine healthcare functions
• Renders services in accordance with the written plan of care as documented by the appropriate professional
• Patient Movement – Assist patient with transfer and ambulating
• Possesses and demonstrates appropriate clinical skills as evidenced on supervision visits and through positive patient outcomes
• Performs household tasks assigned by the RN such as light cleaning of patient bedroom and bathroom, patient laundry, preparation of patient meal or snack and subsequent cleanup of kitchen
• Perform all duties and functions to patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse
• Provides total personal care, or assists patient with their personal care including bed bath, tub bath or shower
