• Standard work includes bending, squatting, lifting, standing for more than 20 minutes at a time
• Consistent lifting up to 50 lbs
• Arconic EHS and OSHA certified to operate a forklift
• Repetative material handling
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, day or nights and weekends as needed

• Prior manufacturing, assembly, material movement or machine operator experience preferred
• Knowledge of metal manufacturing materials, fabrication processes and machinery preferred
• Requires the use of measuring gauges
• Experience using a large industrial dishwasher is an asset
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift
• Assist in the set-up and operation of hydraulic industrial forging equipment
• Set, adjust and monitor CN programs to process hot and cold forging rings
• Measure and record dimensions of forgings using scales, calipers and other tools
