Food Expeditor Cover Letter

In the previous role, I was responsible for assistance in all Support Service functions, such as basic food preparation, the serving of meals, clean-up of meals, and general housekeeping in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Prepare trays for servers with the correct plates to ensure delivery efficiency
• Perform light food preparation duties including bread, salad preparation, appetizers and desert presentation
• Restock all to go containers and pizza boxes
• Flexible scheduling preferred to include evenings, holidays and weekends

• Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction through a commitment to a positive attitude
• Maintains portion control and food quality guidelines
• When not expediting will be helping as a prep cook in the kitchen
