In my previous role, I was responsible for guidance and shares knowledge on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatics, machining and fabrication.

In the previous role, I was responsible for cross training for all maintenance personnel in regards to the various aspects of the maintenance department including: Safety, TPM, robotics, environmental regulations, CNC and programmable controls, hydraulics, etc.

• Technical training, exposure to high speed equipment is preferred
• Pounding with force
• Construct, install, modify and repair all types of electrical power distribution, and facility data cabling
• Locate and correct any electrical trouble including hot circuits on equipment
• Operate any electrical equipment necessary in repair or installation work, calculating wire size requirements for various loads, motor horsepower requirements and circuit loads
• Install computer cable connectors and wires, electronic equipment such as sensors, motion detectors, door alarms, cameras and fiber optics

• Experience in pneumatics, welding and lubrication (desirable not essential)
• Strong electrical repair and troubleshooting abilities up to 480V
• Familiarity of HACCP, cGMP, OSHA, DEC, and EPA is preffered
• Knowledge of NFPA 70E, NEC and CFR 30 Part 56
• Experience or a certificate of proficiency, trade school diploma, or military equivalent training as a Numerically Controlled (NC) electrician or within an NC related field
• Experience in troubleshooting of computer numerical controls (CNC), programmable logic controllers (PLC), AC and DC
• Knowledge of electrical components and wiring
• C&G 2365 Level 3 Diploma, or equivalent
