• To assist guests with any requests either for concierge or front desk
• Give directions to guests, arranging taxis, communicating guest arrivals to the CSR team
• Greet and engage with all arrival, departure and in-house guests with personal recognition
• To give a warm welcome to guests, opening & closing vehicle doors
• Offer consistent, friendly and high standard assistance to guests and maintain a lobby presence that offers courteous and attentive service

• Previous 5* hotel experience is preferred but not essential
• Have a good command of the English language
• Some working experience preferred
