• Dietary Manager Certification (CDM) preferred
• Be a graduate of an accredited course in dietetic training approved by the American Dietetic Association
• Sound knowledge of principles of budget planning, purchasing procedures, and cost control
• Requires registration with the American Dietetic Association
• A proven track record of success and expertise in commercial dietary supplement and functional food formulation development in a fast paced environment
• Hands on experience in powder processing technologies such as mixing, high shear and fluid bed wet granulation, spray drying roller compaction and tablet manufacturing
