• Be proficient with TMT or other CMMS systems
• Completion of accredited vocations technical school program
• Advanced experience as a construction equipment mechanic, crane mechanic, diesel technician, hydraulic technician, rental equipment mechanic, or similar role preferred
• Experience as a 2-stroke mechanic, two-cycle engine mechanic, hand tool mechanic, construction tool mechanic, landscaping mechanic, lawn mower repair technician
• Hydraulic and electrical system experience is preferred, validation of dimension tolerances, component assembly based on installation drawings, technical manuals and military specifications
• Waterjet experience (Hamilton Jet, Roles Royce)
• Certification from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is preferred
