In the previous role, I was responsible for technical assistance, training and support in advanced building operations, troubleshooting, and hands-on repair guidance and demonstration in support of teams within a territory The Technical Services Engineer will perform other work to include hands-on repair & maintenance work on PIV (Powered Industrial Vehicles), fire pump motors, generator motors, golf carts, boat motors, hydraulic systems, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, air and hydronic systems, fluid control systems, AC systems, card access systems, door & gates systems, building envelope systems, grounds and parking lots, interior finish systems, lighting systems, and various other R&M tasks associated with operation of a commercial property.
