• Capable of learning to use a variety of manufacturing tools and measuring devices

• Previous OEM/R&D/MRO/FAR 145 repair station experience is preferred
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is a minimum requirement
• Could require simple use of formulas, charts, tables, drawings, specifications, schedules, or diagrams
• Identify, explain, and performs crane hand signals
• A&P License and or Military Equivalent Experience
• Previous MRO/FAR 145 repair station experience
• Basic understanding of the fundamentals of electricity
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled factory or field environment

• Vocational Technical School graduate or Trade/Military equivalent
• Requires the use of shop math, blueprints and specifications, some measuring instruments, and knowledge of sheet metal fabrication trade
• Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, mechanical drawings, standard gages and other measuring devices
• Knowledgeable with a wide range of tools
