• Check in each morning with Area QC Manager to get Work Assignment for the day
• Bronze or higher score on NCRC "Workkeys" assesment preferred
• Climbing up onto and down off of equipment on a regular basis
• Operation of directional, speed, and operational controls on the equipment
• A variety of other activities can be performed as needed such as flagging traffic, operating a vibratory tamp (to compact asphalt in tight places), or using hand tools and equipment
• Strict Adherence to safety requirements, procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) policies
• Strong knowledge of road and parking lot construction
