• Knowledge of the IT Service Management tool Remedy
• Previous help desk experience in a Tier 2 or Sr
• Day-to-day activities of the Global Production team are to ensure supported systems are available within SLA for all regions on a 24/7, global follow-the-sun model
• Release Management – Be Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all AAM systems supported by the Production team, offering advice and guidance to Project teams and developers
• Actively identify knowledge gaps for self and within the Production team, reducing key man risk
• Maintain Technical Debt backlog, identifying and prioritising issues, developing fixes and enhancements and managing those into Production
• Maintain and improve application and software support methods, standards, KPI’s and SLA’s across all supported applications and software
• Passion to work and learn 'soup to nuts' on managing big data technology production systems for business risk management
