• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of business intelligence technologies physical and virtual infrastructures – servers, data replication, back up, network, load balancing
• Knowledge of big data, database, ETL and business intelligence concepts, terminology and technologies
• Knowledge of database technologies – Hadoop, Oracle, SAS and Cognos
• Excellent knowledge of HMO, POS and PPO plans, coordination of benefits, subrogation and Medicare
• Knowledge of ICD-10 is preferred
• Fluency in English, Portuguese, and/or Spanish is preferred
• Fluency in Chinese, Mandarin, Portuguese, or Spanish is preferred

• Experience as a developer evangelist or advocate and building developer communities

In the previous role, I was responsible for advocacy services to clients on a portfolio of major, contentious, sensitive or complex D&O, EPL, POSI and PTL, in order to maximise their insurance recoveries, from first notification through to settlement.
