• Prepared single handedly , the Pune's first "Urban Trees, Citizens Election Manifesto" through "Operation Green-2019" & launched it at Patrakar Bhavan, Pune with Media briefings.

• Administrator of Sanitation & Hygiene whatsapp group that covers the entire spectrum of seven NGOs who work in the domain of Menstrual hygiene & disposal.
• Different organizations partner in this platform to spread awareness using comic books, video shows, help fund sanitary pad donations using CSR funds, promoting cloth pads & also giving training through whatsapp to increase menstrual cups adoption for a sustainable environment.

• Collaborated with SIPME - Soroptimist International(Pune Metro East) women's group in institutionalizing Red dot with their "Sanitary Napkins Advocacy Programme".

• Multi pronged approach acted as catalyst in PMC instituting a three bin system to collect this type of segregated waste from an earlier two bin system.

Cleaned up & restored entire Agazhi a Heritage Site accompanying a temple which dates to Karikalan time, circa 100 BC-190 AD,

• TEF organized a LED String making workshop at the Yerwada Mental Hospital for rehabilitation of the treated patients (M&F).

• Beautified rehabilitation workshop room to create a positive atmosphere.

SwaCH has adopted 20 Ghats in Pune and Pimpri Chincwad. The wet Nirmalya(flower offerings) collected by the NGO and taken for composting amounted to 106 tonnes.

• To organize & Collect Nirmalya Collection Drive during Ganesh Visarjan festival for 5 day by advocating segregation & reduce un-segregated items getting into Pune rivers . Attended to around 200 families foot fall.
• Administered for continuous three years (2017/18/19) across three checkpoints of the total 16 Ghats across Pune.
• Manned 3 Ghats & garnered 50 corporate Volunteers from Cognizant, Pune to volunteer at site amidst cultural sensitivity of the festivity.

Collaborated with Swach Alandi , MIT Students group, strategized & contributed towards collecting 1.5 Lakh POP idols during Ganesh Visarjan festival from entering into rivers & springs/ponds.

Cleaned solo entire Mastani talav (Heritage Site) collected ~100 Kgs plastic on World environment day '2016 and inspired another 20 volunteers to take up plantation & further cleanup the following years

Participated in Brand Audits with SwaCH MLP drive along with Plastic Manufacturers association to reinforce commitment to Extended producers responsibility and action. Team of 50 worked on this project.

Conducted 15 day “Paryavaran Pandhravada” environment festival along with Pune Municipal Corporation & Samarth Bharath - '2018. Five technical Sessions, 3 round tables , film shows, Bedsa Caves, Raigad Heritage cleanup drives & many on ground activities.Foot fall of around 2000 participants.

• Pune Flood relief / restorations of huts & cleanliness cum food program with FORSECHM Tuba Foundation. Beneficiaries include 50 families.
• Ground Action group in distributing flood relief material across 3 villages that were affected during Sangli/Kolhapur floods with Being Volunteer Group. Also carried out Field Survey that resulted in 200 students receiving books & stationeries that were lost during floods.
• Co-ordinator & in setting up volunteer control center for Patil Estate slum, Pune fire disaster. Remote co-ordination started immediately followed by On ground relief operation in 1.5 days. Helped distribute enough clothes & blankets for about 200 citizens affected by it.

• Contributed individually to eleven community volunteering events towards Swachh Survekshan 2018 & organized through Swachh Pune Swachh Bharat alng with PMC & 8 other NGOs a one day event for Swachh Survekshan 2019 that resulted in ~2 Lakh citizens participating in it. Participated in team meetings along with KPMG & with Mohalla committees who were hired by PMC to support program.
• Organized & took ownership for PMC /MPCB - Hadapsar/Phursungi ward on annual E-waste collection drive resulting in 800 Kg of waste disposed in environmentally friendly way. Supported & organized beautification drives with Resident association(KNRA- Kalyaninagar Residents Association) bodies during the program
• Participated in Pune River Front development field survey(Yuva) & covered fourteen societies that feed into government plan around it.
