Thembela Justice

My main responsibility is to assist the store manager in all aspects of running the business on a day to day basis, plus to grow sales and generate profits.

In addition they include leading & giving direction to the stuff whilst motivating them on thinking positively in order to perform at their utmost best for the sole purpose of achieving and surpassing daily/ monthly and yearly targets.

I was responsible for the visual part of the business, making sure the merchandise is displayed in the most elegant yet very attractive manner in order to attract customers into the shop.

I liaised directly with buyers and product suppliers regarding relevant product to sell here in South Africa, and was also responsible for training staff in my store and I also was a travelling trainer for some stores and I was assisting stores that were not performing around the country.
