Chief Enterprise Architect: Responsible and accountable to deliver business outcome driven Enterprise Architecture to accelerate delivery of effective, scalable solutions that supports business strategies and planned transformations. Some of my day to day responsibilities are to:

  • Alignment and partnership with Business Organizations
  • Leads strategic technological planning to achieve business goals by prioritizing technology initiatives and coordinating the evaluations, deployment and management of current and future technologies.
  • Establish the EA vision; develop, implement and excel the enterprise architecture practices and principles; Drive the uniform, cohesive, and consistent Enterprise Architecture blueprints
  • Develop and maintain integrated multiyear roadmaps for technical capabilities that aligns with Business strategies
  • Collaborate & drive plans and strategies on the technical debt reduction, simplification, reuse, consolidation, decisions on technology selection
  • Manage IT Portfolio Management & Governance
  • Leads development of enterprise services and framework to reduce the Total Cost of Ownership and improve the Time-To-Market by utilizing the Enterprise Capability Framework.
  • Communicates business/technology alignment plans to executive team, staff, partners, customers and stakeholders.

Chief Data Architect: Primarily responsible to Enable a secure, uniform and consistent data integrations and publishing solutions that is reliable, compliant and accessible to all the stakeholders in support of the existing and new business growth strategies. Some of my day to day responsibilities are to:

  • Deliver a high performance, uniform data delivery solution(s) to all the internal and external stakeholders, that addresses Improved data availability, accessibility, timeliness of data, improved time to marker (TTM), data quality, controls and measurements
  • Enable DaaS for publishing, integrations and analytics
  • Deliver industry standards channels for data delivery and integrations, and address global security, access control and compliance requirements
  • Reduce the technical debt and improve architecture simplification (build world class DB and DBMS architecture, consolidate integration and hosting platform, EOL redundant solutions, promote re-use)
  • Define and Implement Enterprise Data Architecture policies and enable end to end governance
  • Establish the principles, methods and policies on the integration architecture for the enterprise and the SaaS vendors; and the technical evaluation and implementation of the SaaS/Cloud solutions.


1998 - 2013, Joined Intel at Sr. Programmer Analyst and led several platform modernizations, transformational and innovative (on-premise, COTS, SaaS/Cloud, PaaS) projects for HR, Intel Foundry, FIS, M&S (CRM), External Partners, Intel Capital, Design, Manufacturing and IT Flex Organization.

Led design, development and implementation ERP (PMS) system to address localization of business processes. Manage IT Staff including developers, DBAs, Network and Infrastructure engineers.

Softcon was a privately held consulting company with more than 350 customers in manufacturing, export, finance and logistics/Supply Chain sectors. As an entrepreneur/partner, my primary role was to run the operation of the company that included partnership with customers to understand their requirements and designing and delivering solutions to them.

Responsible to connect ~1100 sites in India to collect bookings and deliveries information. Led design and development of operational and finance applications.
