Worked closely with visionary co-founders James Cameron and Vince Pace and was responsible for overall domestic and international group operations, driving 3D technology innovation, product development, production management and deployment of products/services globally, helping generate more than $8 billion in box office, and playing a key role in 10 concert films, dozens of features and hundreds of sports broadcasts globally.

Served as operational and business development leader of International Creative Services and Post Production group offering best in class support for producers of broadcast programming, advertising, feature films and more. Worked closely with global executive team to introduce and roll-out new services, technologies and production approaches in North America and globally.

Provided primary leadership for successful, profitable and award-winning, five-company visual entertainment services group, providing development, design, production, CGI, 2D and 3D visual effects, editorial and Digital Intermediate services for the feature film, commercial, network television and music industries. Managed overall business development, organizational growth and financial and operational management.

Led development and execution of strategic growth plans for multi-million-dollar, ground-breaking postproduction studio that was responsible for some of Hollywood’s most notable creative, technological and operational firsts. Increased both revenue and profit and improved efficiency in production, sales & marketing, HR, engineering, finance and operations management.
