Provides small group instruction on the science of planning, preparing, executing and assessing the movement, maintenance and sustainment of forces for select US and Allied forces as well as US government contractors. Responsible for developing military leaders, international officers and department of the Army civilians for the duties of both functional and multifunctional sustainment leaders and logistics staff officers. Teaches tactical force sustainment doctrine, tactics, techniques, procedures and lessons learned in a small group environment that maximizes performance-oriented training. Responsible for developing, revising, and implementing lessons that incorporate emerging doctrine and directives. Coaches and mentor students to provide a productive learning environment that promotes innovative thinking.

Company Commander for a Wartime Host Nation Support (WHNS) Ammunition Company forward deployed in the Republic of Korea comprised of three ammunition teams; consisting of 16 Soldiers, 6 Korean Augmentation to the United States Army (KATUSA) Soldiers, 7 Department of the Army Civilians (DAC), 29 Korean Nationals, and 26 Korea Service Corps (KSC) members.Responsible for leading, organizing, training, equipping, and resourcing subordinate units for full-spectrum operations.Supervises operations and surveillance of over $84 million worth of munitions held at ten ammunition supply points while simultaneously supporting more than 120 organizations operating and training within the area.Created a productive working environment maximizing on the Army Values, Equal Employment Opportunity, Sexual Harassment and Rape Prevention (SHARP) policies, principles, applicable laws and regulations. Execute a full range of human resources and fiscal responsibilities within established timelines and by applicable regulations.Ensure personnel complies with all mandatory training requirements. Take a creative and critical approach to make operations more effective and more efficient.

Responsible for the program management of multiple logistics support projects to include supply chain, maintenance, munitions, combat health support, medical logistics and transportation asset management. As well as, developing, gathering and organizing complex information in both written and oral formats in order to coordinate Defense medical logistic standardization policy. Planning programming budget and execution cycles.In addition, developed, planned, coordinated and integrated service support systems, with the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), ensuring functions including subsistence, mortuary affairs, clothing and textile renovation, laundry and shower and aerial delivery.

Served as a program manager of logistics operations, to ensure integrating the functions of supply and services, transportation, maintenance, aviation, and medical logistics policy and processes to include supply chain and inventory management.As well as, analyze and produce reports for executive leadership to articulate combat, medical and mental health and logistical readiness the, morale and welfare of a 32 Soldier platoon capable of conducting maintenance operations in a worldwide environment and 11 Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles valued at $11 million.
