• Strategically rebranded and repositioned Polaris Pacific within its niche, heightening the company’s brand image and visibility.
• Successfully oversaw the marketing of more than 45 new home communities and apartment-to-condominium conversions, including: 6 Mint, Rockwell, Knox, Rowan, TEN50, The Pacific, The Cove, Makali’i, Optima Kierland, LUMINA, and Mira Flats.

• Hired and actively manage and mentor an award-winning team of marketers based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Phoenix and Seattle.

Consulted Grosvenor Fund Management on the marketing strategy for several real estate funds and separate accounts. Promoted from Marketing Manager in 2003 to oversee all marketing and communications initiatives in North America as the Director of Marketing Communications.
