I am an experienced leader, passionate about employee well-being, organizational culture, and organizational design that optimizes the employee experience. I have over 20 years of experience leading and developing teams, including 7 years in Human Resources, 5 years in Corporate Governance, and 10 years in Finance and Accounting functions.
I am looking to join a company in a role that will leverage my past experience and provide opportunities to work with cross functional teams and take on diverse and complex projects. In addition to having 20+ years of experience managing teams, I also have an extensive background with designing and managing benefits and well-being programs, training design and delivery, organizational design, change leadership, policy implementation, and leveraging cross functional teams to solve complex business challenges. I partner with program managers, senior leaders, HR business partners, and employee resource groups to identify employee engagement opportunities, streamline and enhance content, and promote utilization of the health and well- being benefits available to the ~140,000 employees in stores, distribution centers, call centers, and offices around the world.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Facilitate the design and delivery of all annual open enrollment collateral and communications including new employee onboarding, HR and supervisor training
  • Develop, maintain, and promote community partnerships and corporate discount programs to support employee well-being
  • Design and delivery of employee well-being program promotions including on-site health fairs,webinars, focus groups, group training sessions, and all related electronic, print, and promotional materials
  • Manage benefits content across all internal communication channels including company intranet,benefits mobile app, enrollment portal, recruiting brochures, onboarding materials, emails and print materials

During my time at PG&E I was promoted into seven different leadership roles spanning six different functional areas of the company. Roles included Senior Manager, Integrated Safety & Health; Manager, Program Management Office; Manager, Organizational Effectiveness; Senior Manager, Electric Operations Regulatory Compliance; Interim Director, Energy Supply Risk & Compliance; Manager, Finance Governance Risk & Compliance; and Senior Regulatory Analyst, Operations Proceedings.

Notable Projects Included:
  • Managed the build and operations of an onsite health clinic, fitness center, industrial athlete and office ergonomics program
  • Established two new functional departments, an Organizational Effectiveness People Analytics team and a Safety and Health Program Management Office
  • Co-authored an organizational design playbook to reduce ineffective and disruptive organizational changes and provide guidance for rightsizing with spans and layers
