Assist the Director of the Summa Society on the rebranding and relaunching of the initiative.Acquire and renew donors, re-acquire lapsed donors for gifts of $1,000 -$10,000.Advance the Summa Society mission and the University’s strategic plan.Work in concert with the Major Gift Officers, Annual Giving, Planned Giving and Alumni Relations to assist during events and other Advancement goals. Identify and steward prospects for the Summa Society and other Affinity groups at Suffolk University. Engage with a minimum of twenty potential prospects a day.Manage a portfolio of 120-150 prospects. Increased the giving of my prospects by 94.79% on FY19.

Stewarded current Summa donors base and expand it using different means of communication, taking in account what was better suited for each donor. Student Philanthropy Programs. Reported directly to the Director of Annual Giving and Alumni Relations. Responsible for bringing the program in house, creating all calling donor and non-donor segments and calling pools. Hired, trained and managed 27 student callers while accommodating their schedules, educating them on Suffolk’s history and ensuring that they were enthusiastic and happy while representing the University on the phone or in events. Responsible for creating and disseminating a culture of philanthropy through the University. Developed and implemented comprehensive fundraising strategies for engagement, acquisition, stewardship, retention, and upgrading of donations from a variety of sources including alumni, family, friends, corporations, and foundations. Identified major and planned giving prospects, helped maintain address and data integrity, and conveyed important institutional messages while updating biographical information in our University database. Created weekly reports to the Director to show the progress made. Raised double of the previous year reaching $165,000, surpassing our previous upgrade rate Increased credit card gift percentage from 2.5% to 19%, reaching a Suffolk all time high due to creative and inexpensive incentives, as well as mentoring and close coaching to every student. Maintained PCI compliant environment.
