To give you a brief background on my professional experience - I last held a position with SONY FZE, in JAFZA, Dubai as a Finance Executive where my responsibilities included preparing, analyzing MIS data for all Business Travel Reimbursements as well as maintaining, analyzing and providing complete MIS data support for all ADPRO accounts for internal & External Audits. The bulk of my professional experience however lies within the banking industry, specifically with Lloyds TSB where I was working as Customer Solutions Advisor from Feb 2007 until October 2012.

Lloyds TSB made me a well-rounded customer service & sales professional and gave me exposure and confidence to deal with customers not only via Phone Services but also face-to-face interactions. While consistently achieving my sales targets, I was regarded as a good team player with excellent knowledge of the products and services.

In addition, as I have grown up in Dubai, I have excellent knowledge of the market and have a good understanding of the cultural sensitivities of the region.
