Managed budget and P&L responsibilities and led a team of 3 directors, 6 general managers, and 100+ sales representatives. Designed and implemented a live, web-based vehicle sales channel that integrated into corporate accounting and vehicle title ordering systems. Led the development of a fully integrated, vehicle pricing system with analytics. Oversaw all fleet remarketing supply chain operations as well as all IT and related product development.
