Summary

I understand how to achieve consistent superior Engineering / Facilities management though coaching, training and hands on support, having created custodial, maintenance & grounds service departments. With extensive success managing operations / engineering and facilities that have been achieved through sound internal and external customer service. Over the last fifteen years these successes are directly related to establishing sound work practice and a follow up process for multiple site location.
