Assistant Director, Ohio Bobcat Club
AVAILABLE: Immediately

RESPONSIBILITIES:The Assistant Director of the Ohio Bobcat Club will focus on assisting the Associate Director with the day-to-day operations of the annual campaign. This position will manage the Ohio Bobcat Club website, organize the annual student-athlete thank-a-thon and oversee the ICA staff giving campaign.
Essential Functions:
1. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the annual campaign. Serve as liaison for all mailings and fulfillment needs. Assist with allocation of benefits
2. Help coordinate the premium seating and parking program.
3. Oversee specific projects/initiatives such as the Ohio Bobcat Club website, annual student- athlete thank-a-thon and the ICA staff giving campaign. Other projects to be determined at a later date.
4. Manage a small portfolio of lower level donors.
5. Assist with the planning and implementation of donor events.
Candidates must have outstanding leadership, management, and interpersonal skills to relate to a wide diversity of faculty, staff, students and community members.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university required.
At least one (1) year of experience in fundraising or a closely related/comparable field required.
Must be able to travel in addition to working some evenings and weekends.
Master’s degree preferred.
Experience in a Division I intercollegiate athletics program preferred.
