The i9 Sports Program Director is a hands-on role responsible for managing the day to day operation of a local sports program. This role will include in field marketing, managing coaches, officials and site managers, and ensuring the highest of brand standards in all areas of involvement.

About the Job
Expanding youth sports provider is looking for responsible, well organized individual to assist in managing the day to day operation of a local sports program. This role will include in field marketing, managing coaches, officials and site managers, and ensuring the highest of brand standards in all areas of involvement. All candidates must have 2 years of business experience and posses strong communication skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management. We are a customer service oriented company so those who have had experience “Wowing” customers have a leg up on the competition. This is a full time position that requires weekend work. All applicants are subject to a National Criminal Background check and will be required to become first aid certified. See the attached job description for more details.
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to efficiently solve problems
• Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• 2-3+ years prior work experience; prior sports administration experience is preferred
• Superior customer service skills
• Strong organization and presentation skills
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional business relationships
• Strong analysis/problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in core Microsoft Office programs and comfort in learning and using new technology
• Ability to work a varied work schedule including Saturdays and some evenings
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Ability to work from home
