The Assistant Director of Ticket Operations will oversee all ticket operations and game management for men’s soccer and men’s lacrosse including, but not limited to, the coordination of daily ticket sales, the supervision of hourly staff and the reconciliation for each event and end of season; Collaborate with marketing staff and other external units as it relates to maximizing revenue and attendance for men’s soccer and men’s lacrosse; Manage the student ticketing system and process to include all setup and coordination of ticket communication; Lead all communications for inbound inquiries through email and web chat providing direction on responses to hourly staff with a focus on executing a high level of customer service; Oversee access management as it relates to setup and game preparation; Responsible for ordering and logging inventory of office supplies including ticket stock and envelopes; Assist in the daily deposit and overall accounting procedures including the processing of monthly payment plans; and perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a collegiate or professional ticket office is required. Six (6) years of experience required without BS/BA.
Must possess strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be highly organized and efficient as well as detail oriented with the ability to set goals and monitor progress.
Must possess the ability to exercise professional judgment when interacting with customers to ensure a superior level of customer service.
Commitment to following University, Big Ten Conference and NCAA rules.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule which includes some evenings, weekends and holidays.
BA/BS in Business Management, Sports Administration or related field preferred.
Experience with Paciolan Ticketing software preferred.
Experience working within a NCAA Division I athletic ticket office preferred.
