Thomas College is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual for the position of Director of Athletic Communications/Sports Information. This is a full-time 10-month position responsible for the overall management of the Athletic Communications/Sports Information Office and will assist the Director of Athletics with any other administrative duties/day-to-day operational and game management requirements as may be required/assigned.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree and three or more years of experience in Sports Communication.
Must be knowledgeable in StatCrew, all Microsoft Office applications, InDesign and web and video editing software as well as all social media platforms.
Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree and experience in higher education. A valid driver’s license is required.
The selected candidate must consent to and pass a criminal background check.
The candidate will have the ability to work as a team member in the Department of Athletics and the college community.
