Ithaca College Intercollegiate Athletics, NCAA Division III member of the Liberty League invites applications for Associate Director of Athletics.
Responsibilities include leadership and direct assistance in the administration of a comprehensive intercollegiate athletics program and will serve as a strategist and senior advisor to the Director.
Primary responsibilities include oversight of NCAA Compliance; ensuring compliance with the letter and spirit of NCAA and Conference rules; OR Budget Management; planning, execution and supervision of budget operations; supervision of select men’s and women’s sports and serves as a liaison to key campus and conference constituents as assigned.
The position serves as a member of the Director’s senior-level management team.
Master’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience (preferably in athletics administration) or the equivalent combination of education and experience; demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and related functions; demonstrated financial acumen and budget management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Previous college coaching experience or significant sport supervision is highly desired.
