Description
• Perform as the top salesperson of full menu, corporate partnership assets including but not limited to sponsorships, displays, signage, print and electronic assets and corporate hospitalityfor all HMS promoted events in a calendar year.
• Engage Fortune 1,000 companies and others with a significant presence in South Florida. Identify local strategic retail partners that can elevate and enhance the visibility of events held at the track each year.
• Develop departmental business plan including timelines, objectives and clear goals for each member of the team and the department as a whole.
• Supervise departmental staff members towards reaching set goals in the interest of advancing the company’s success and individual’s career development.
• Work with all stakeholders to set annual revenue and expense budgets, and ensure revenue goals are met and expenses are not exceeded.
• Work with VP to set policies, structure, reporting, best practices and overall efforts of the corporate partnerships department.
• Support, and if asked take the lead with other HMS departments, to contribute and enhance the success in all areas of the business including but not limited to ticket sales, public relations, community service, operations, marketing and promotions.
• Liaison with ISC Corporate Partnerships towards servicing, upselling and activating multi-track corporate partners.
• When appropriate, secure new multi-track partners as part of the national prospecting plan.
• Exclusively utilize the company’s EBMS software as prospecting and communications tool with other tracks and ISC corporate and to manage HMS inventory and set pricing.
• Support ISC mission statement to create superior, innovative and thrilling experiences to enhance NASCAR’s Championship event in South Florida.
