The Director of Athletics is a 100% limited appointment. This position is responsible for the organization and administration of the Division III intercollegiate athletics program including, but not limited to; program, fiscal, facilities and personnel management in the manner that upholds the philosophy and objectives of the University of Wisconsin-Superior Athletic Department.

Required Qualifications Include:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Proven success in the area of fundraising and fiscal management
• Documented experience in supervision and development of staff members
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in college level athletics, participative or administrative
• Valid driver's license
Desireable Qualifications Include:
• Master's degree from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated experience in collegiate athetlic administration
• Knowledge of NCAA Compliance software
• Collegiate coaching experience
• CPR/First Aid/AED Certified
• Division III experience
