JOB SUMMARY:
Working under the direction of the Head Coach, the Assistant Coach will assist with all aspects of a Division III Football program, including but not limited to game strategy, practice planning, player development, scouting/recruiting, video breakdown and analysis, monitoring student’s academic progress, and travel. The assistant coach will be responsible for much of the day-to-day football operations and supervise three graduate assistants. Candidate must be willing to travel to various regions to scout and recruit. Looking for a hardworking, self-motivated, energetic individual who is willing to work during non-tradition hours.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong knowledge and passion for the sport of football is required.
Strong administrative skills and successful recruiting experience required.
Playing experience preferred.
Exceptional leadership skills and willing to work and thrive in a team atmosphere.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EDUCATION REQUIRED:
CPR/ AED & First Aid Certification required subsequent to date of hire.
