Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Director of Corporate Sales is responsible for leading a team of Account Representatives that meets department objectives through generating incremental revenue for the company through corporate sales channels. This position is responsible for meeting revenue budgets for the corporate sales department and work closely with field leadership, category management and other corporate department leaders to accomplish the departments' objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES Estimated % of Time Spent
1. Corporate Sales Strategy Development
• Lead pursuance strategy for corporate accounts that meets budget objectives and leads to incremental business.
• Generate incremental revenue that meets budget expectations through a combination of team and personal sales of New Corporate accounts.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of current market and industry conditions.
• Develop business plans that include marketing strategies.
• Conduct effective sales presentations and contract negotiations with employees at all levels of companies.
• Ensure effective and appropriate problem resolution is achieved for corporate accounts.
• Manage complex negotiations successfully.
• Maintain cross functionally communication with other groups such as IT, Fitness, Category Management, and Operations to ensure collaborative and effective relationships.
• Act as liaison with internal business partners to ensure organizational and administrative capabilities keep up with the needs in the field.
• Provide input, direction and guidance with respect to customer needs, marketing programs, and personnel development programs to management and functional departments to ensure that our offerings and tools are effective, up-to-date, and continually improving.
• Create reporting on results to budget on all revenue lines and report out based on desired frequency.
• Lead team and individual production meetings as needed to successfully drive revenue results and align team on company and department objectives.

2. Leadership
• Lead management accountability and execution for Corporate Sales Account Executives and Corporate Sales Account Managers.
• Staff, train, and develop a high performing team that achieves department revenue expectations. Take timely action to course correct when individual or team results are not at the necessary levels.
• Ensure expected service levels are achieved and maintained for corporate clients.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Substantial business to business sales experience dealing with executive level employees.
• Ability to conduct analysis of results and data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to evaluate and analyze results to expectations and take appropriate and timely action as necessary.
• Effective contract negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze business results and set appropriate revenue targets.
• Experience in implementing and managing sales activity and performance measurement systems.
• Excellent presentation, verbal and written communications skills.
• High level of integrity, honesty, professionalism and an excellent work ethic.
• Program design, implementation and program management experience.
• Must have strong computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Strong interpersonal skills and organization skills.
Minimum Educational Level/Certifications
• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications
• 7+ years of related experience, preferably in a large corporate account environment.
• 5+ years of leading and managing sales teams.
• Proven revenue generation and sales strategy and management experience.
Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions
• This position will work in both an office and club environment. Must have the ability to travel and move from club to club as needed.
Travel Requirement
• Must be able to travel nationally up to 50% of the time.
