The Assistant Director is responsible for managing all aspects of online and printed ticket applications, all ticket fulfillment files, print order and credential production at Golf House and on-site.
What You Can Expect:
• Oversee and review the setup of each online ticket offer products, tax calculation and start/end dates and times. Ensure all online ticket offers are thoroughly reviewed, tested, approved and are functioning correctly. Monitor functionality and placement of online applications on a daily basis and work with IT if there are any problems. Issue weekly sales reports including comparisons. Provide ticket print order to vendor after thorough review and final approval. Oversee corporate option ticket invoicing.
• Set export schedule and manage fulfillment files sent to WWL for all tickets – regular and corporate. Verify files are correct for all ticket types and record fulfillment counts. Review all corporate fulfillment files submitted by vendor including confirmation of payment in full and all legal requirements. Maintain corporate hold list and release corporate fulfillment files once payment and requirements have been met. Follow up on all on-site corporate ticket sales for processing Responsible for the accuracy of all fulfillment data submitted for all ticket types. Create and develop reference system for all fulfillment files.
• Manage and oversee all credential production and distribution including barcode assignments, designs, approvals, access codes, fields and setting up the online credentialing system. Test print and review all designs before production begins to ensure accuracy. Address and resolve any issues or problems. Manage on-site credentialing facility including equipment needs, trailer layout, staff and vendor instructions.
• Develop and produce the fan information guide including gathering information, submitting to graphic designer and distribution to all appropriate staff for review and approval. Provide printer with the final approved files and double check all information is accurate one final time before giving final approval to the printer.
• Assist with special projects and Will Call on-site, as needed.
What You Bring to the USGA:
• A BS/BA or equivalent experience
• Hands on experience in ticketing/admissions
• High degree of computer knowledge
• Ability to work independently and handle many complex projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills (both oral & written)
• Knowledge of printing industry helpful
• Seasonal travel is required
