Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW), an NCAA Division I institution and a member of the Summit League, is accepting applications for the position of Associate Athletic Director for Compliance.
Responsible for institutional compliance with NCAA, Summit League, Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association, and institutional policies.
Additionally, this position is part of the executive staff leadership team and will provide sport oversight for Men’s and Women’s cross country/Indoor and Outdoor Track programs.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Master’s or law degree preferred in business, sports management, education or other related field.
Three years’ experience working with NCAA Division I policies and regulations required.
Five+ years’ experience in NCAA Division II upper level athletics administration and compliance will be considered.
Working knowledge of NCAA compliance software, LSDBi, RSRO, and all other NCAA reporting systems required.
Must possess excellent leadership abilities, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills along with problem solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Must be a Team player comfortable working with multiple functional areas.
Need to be flexible, adaptable with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
