The University of Nevada, Athletics department is recruiting for a Director of Sales and Donor Services. The Intercollegiate Athletics (ICA) ticketing sales staff is responsible for building and strengthening customer relations, customer acquisition, and maximizing ticket sales and donations.
Positions establish, maintain and enrich customer relations through managing daily inbound calls, email communication, online chat communication, and in-person meetings.
Positions contribute to outbound sales effort as needed to maximize revenue, execute sales strategies and cultivate relationships.
All ticketing sales staff are responsible for specific donor and season ticketholder accounts as it relates to customer service and sales.
This position provides customer service to ICA customers. The incumbent focuses on season ticket renewals, new donations, and seat upgrades and up-selling. The position is responsible for selling any and all ICA inventory as assigned by senior management.
The Director of Sales and Donor Services is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with season ticket holders to foster retention and strengthen the season ticket-holder base.
The position may distribute and/or monitor the work of lower level sales staff.
This is a commissioned sales position.

High School Graduation and four years of relevant work experience; OR
Associate’s Degree and three years of relevant work experience; OR
Bachelor’s Degree and two years of relevant work experience: OR
Master’s Degree and one year of relevant work experience.
Relevant Experience: athletics administration, ticketing, sales, marketing, and/or customer service
