The successful candidate will support the growth and development of The Rams Club through the coordination and creation of effective communications.
This position demands a demonstrated ability to manage a high workflow of communications projects and content, and do so with strategic and creative initiatives designed to advance fundraising success. The successful candidate should understand fundraising and its impact in an athletics setting.
This position will report directly to the Associate Executive Director for Strategy & Communications, and will work closely alongside the Creative Director for effective e-design and implementation.
• College graduate, 4-year degree
• Experience in college athletics preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with an understanding of Adobe Creative Suite
• Demonstrated skills in copywriting with an understanding of branding and design
• Demonstrated excellence in workflow management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High level of creativity
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to accept responsibility for and lead projects
• Understanding of development operations, preferably in a college athletics environment
• Experience in university campaign setting preferred
