The Assistant AD for Development / Director of Major Gifts works under the Associate AD for Development to substantially increase financial support for Liberty University Athletics. The individual will have primary responsibility for growing the number of Flames Club Annual Fund donors at the $3,000 level and higher, and for increasing capital/legacy gifts for Athletics facility improvement and naming opportunities. The individual will also work with the Associate AD to formulate and execute all strategies, policies, and procedures necessary to operate the Flames Club and expand the number of donors and dollars contributed to Liberty Athletics.

Minimum of five years of collegiate development experience at the NCAA Division I level.
Bachelor's degree in related field, preferably business, communications, or sport management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ten years of collegiate development experience at the NCAA Division I level with demonstrated success generating revenue.
Master's degree preferred in business or sport management
