Description
Lead a team accountable for delivering comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies that meet or exceed lofty membership acquisition goals across the enterprise.
Examples of Work Performed
• Develop holistic, multi-channel, data-driven marketing strategies that are both actionable and measurable for new and open clubs.
• Leads effective promotional strategy to ensure strong response from both consumers and Life Time’s sales teams.
• Directs measurement and insights leveraging multiple data sources to drive future decisions; communicates results in a clear, concise manner with key stakeholders.
• Optimize overall marketing budget against clearly defined KPIs
• Oversee campaign forecast and reconciliation process, including detailed marketing expenses.
• Lead a team of up to 4 professionals; provides continuous coaching and career development
• Provide clear context and direction to internal creative agency partners to ensure creative aligns to business objectives.
• Develop and socialize holistic campaign post-mortem with clear and actionable insights.
• Ensure strong collaboration and communication with key stakeholders throughout Life Time Fitness with primary focus on other MART teams, 3e, Sales, Retention and IT.
• Own and optimize the direct mail channel in partnership with Marketing Analytics team.
Qualifications
Education:
• Four-year college degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience:
• 10+ years of relevant marketing strategy experience
Licenses / Certifications / Registration:
• None required

• Solid understanding of marketing tools, data-driven/CRM approaches, end-to-end marketing process
• Ability to identify and explore marketing opportunities; exceptional strategic thinking
• Ability to communicate verbal and written information effectively to internal teams
• Ability to direct internal resources and build strong relationships
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Familiarity of standard office software such as MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
• Effective presentation skills
• Strong sense of commitment to deliver on assigned projects
