Club Information Located at the heart of Coto de Caza, is the private Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club offering golf, tennis, spa and social memberships. The Club is the first private 36-hole country club in Orange County and one of only three in metropolitan Southern California. The Club includes a 44,000-square-foot craftsman-style clubhouse, two 18-hole golf courses designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., a racquet club and an aquatics center. The North Course was built in 1987, and is rated one of the nation's top 25 courses. Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club recently opened the doors to a new $7-million, 13,000-square-foot spa and sports club.

Job Description
The position of Aquatics Director is responsible for overseeing the operations and programming of the club’s pool environment. Provide a clean, well-maintained and safe aquatic environment in compliance with both club and public health department standards. Oversee all financial aspects of the pool/aquatic department, including working with the Athletic Director as needed to insure that the financial performance of the aquatic department meets budget. To select, hire, coach, mentor and educate the aquatic department employee partners in a manner that reinforces the club’s values and philosophies and insures the operation of the aquatic department meets company standards. Oversee all programming for the aquatic area, including swim lessons, swim team, aquatic exercise classes and related swim activities. Programming accountability also covers the marketing and sales of aquatic programs.
Job Requirements
• Minimum of one year’s experience as an aquatic director or two years experience in aquatics as an instructor or lifeguard.
• High school diploma required.
• College degree in sports or recreation related field preferred.
• CPR Certified
