Position Function: Responsible for the overall purchasing, inventory, and distribution of athletic equipment for all student-athletes and coaches.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversees day-to-day operation of the equipment room to include supervision of two full time assistants, graduate assistants, and student managers.
2. Receives, inventories, and distributes all incoming equipment and uniform freight shipments for the entire Athletic Department.
3. Create and maintain a policies and procedures manual for equipment receiving, inventorying and distributing.
4. Coordinates promotional contracts with equipment and jersey manufacturers.
5. Supervises the laundering of uniforms and equipment.
6. Ensures all necessary and required student-athlete equipment is at the game and practice locations.
7. Manages the sideline communication system for athletic coaches by ensuring lines and cords are free from obstructions and, if needed, notifies proper technicians for repair.
8. Complies with all applicable National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and Southeastern Conference (SEC) regulations in the performance of job duties.
9. Performs related duties as assigned.

Bachelor''s degree in Sports Management, Sports Administration, Business Administration, Management or related field with three (3) years of experience in related field; certified by AEMA; have a current commercial driver''s license.
