Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement all marketing related strategies across the high-value/low-price Crunch Fitness brand
◦ Collaborate with the Sr. Marketing Director, Crunch Signature, and the Creative Director on brand-wide marketing and promotion campaigns
• Implement highly creative campaigns that are cost-effective and deliver measurable increases in sales to the company
• Work closely with key members of management on event strategy, positioning, and key messaging
◦ Ensure a coordinated marketing and public relations program that emphasizes cohesive advertising campaigns, promotions, direct mail, in-gym visuals, public relations and web
• Build marketing system capability that enables franchisees to execute strong marketing programs, while allowing the business to scale as more units open. Can include:
◦ Franchise Marketing Brand Standards
◦ Online Ad Builder tool
◦ Pre-opening, Grand Opening and Year 1 Marketing Plan best practices
◦ Training programs and webinars
◦ Turnkey tools – e.g., grassroots marketing toolkit, marketing plan templates, etc.
• Build relationships between the franchise community and the Crunch marketing/brand team
• Coach and develop the support team of Franchise Marketing Managers, building a customer service and marketing consultation skill-set
• Manage third-party partners (e.g., media buying, direct mail, etc.) ensuring franchisees are receiving best value, proper KPI/analysis/ROI, customer service, etc.
• Manage all franchise system marketing budgets
• Lead the strategy and execution of the B2B franchise marketing plans (the selling of franchisees), working closely with the franchise company CEO
• Stay abreast of the latest trend and developments in the fitness industry and popular culture and their potential impact on the company
• Investigate and evaluate potential new advertising mediums
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook

Qualifications:
4-year college degree
10 years marketing experience
Excellent MS Office skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional inter-personal skills
Ability to successfully multi-task
Special Skills:
Prior budget management
Experience Managing staff
Experience working in a franchise organization
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Strong negotiation & contract skills
Self-starter and self-motivated
