The University of Wyoming is accepting applications for the position of Associate/Senior Associate Athletic Director.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Oversight of designated sports programs and/or departments (e.g., Audio/Visual Services, Marketing and Branding, Sports Medicine, Sports Performance, Ticket Operations, etc.);
• Assisting with development and review of all departmental policies and procedures;
• Oversight of all matters related to gender equity, Title IX and diversity/inclusion;
• Assisting with departmental personnel functions;
• Assisting with other duties/projects as assigned by the Director of Athletics/Designee
The projected start date for this position is July 1, 2017. The position will remain open until filled. This is a full-time (12 month), benefited position.
The successful candidate will be a person of integrity with high ethical standards and exhibit a strict adherence to NCAA, MWC, University and departmental rules and regulations. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Minority candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:
At a minimum, successful candidates must have:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written communication skills (as demonstrated in application materials)
• A minimum of 3 years of administrative, management and/or collegiate coaching experience
Further consideration will be given to candidates who possess:
• Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Master’s degree in related field.
• Experience at the NCAA Division I level.
• Knowledge of Title IX and gender equity matters and experience with various diversity-related approaches/initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
