This is a supervisory position that directs the day-to-day activities associated with the University’s on-campus official and unofficial recruiting visits for football. This position coordinates with compliance staff to manage recruiting weekend activities, develops and monitors on-campus recruiting budget, manages activities associated with official and unofficial on-campus recruiting visits, and assists in coordination of football camps and clinics. This position reports to the Head Football Coach. Determines itinerary and logistics for on-campus recruiting visit weekends, to include activities such as booking airline flights, hotel rooms and ground transportation, arranging for meals, snacks and hospitality rooms, and organizing appropriate credentials for prospective student-athletes and families.
Assists in coordination of football camps and clinics and associated recruitment activities.
Coordinates and ensures the completion and submission of required paperwork surrounding recruiting activities associated with camps and recruiting weekends.
Collects and submits appropriate receipts to the Compliance and Business offices.
Ensures that NCAA and SEC rules are followed and reported to compliance.
Sets individual weekend budget based on number of visits and total family members.
Maintains appropriate host monies for host student athlete and prospective student athletes.
Coordinates initial communication with prospect and family to visit campus, assists with tickets and lanyards, and manages all associated paperwork regarding NCAA and SEC documents.
Meets with staff members to ensure on-campus recruitment efforts are in compliance with University NCAA and SEC recruitment regulations and to evaluate efficiency of staff operations.
Performs similar or related duties as assigned or required.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
AND
Experience:
Three (3) years of experience related to the above described duties.
