Job Description
Summary Description
• Responsible for management of multiple client relationships including corporate sponsors, multiple agencies and marketing teams
• Strategize and collaborate with sponsors, agencies and internal stakeholders to create fully integrated NFL themed marketing programs keeping partner goals and NFL parameters top of mind
• Responsible for selling the League's key initiatives and fan development programs
• Responsible for annual incremental dollar growth within sponsorship department by upselling current sponsors on NFL controlled assets
• Responsible for sponsor renewals including, but not limited to, monitoring existing partner ROI, competitor analysis, and category trends
• Expert in appropriate sponsor business categories and ability to work with NFL New Business team as a category expert to help close new deals
• Manage sponsor activation and hospitality at all NFL events

• Strong brand marketer with understanding of partner categories, business and the sports/entertainment industry
• Excellent communication skills and client service mentality with strong sales and presentation skills
• Capacity for creative and innovative thinking
• Leader and self starter with the ability to manage time, prioritize work and manage a team of multiple sponsor service staff members
• Team player with strong cross-functional skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
