Responsibilities:
• Track financial information, prepare financial and account analysis, prepare reconciliations.
• Research and report on facture influencing business performance (via print ads, reports, trends, etc.).
• Analyze, identify and resolve potential trade issues and make recommendations for resolution.
• Model annual promotional plans and update system with approved plans.
• Track spending plans to ensure that promotions are actualized and all deductions have been received.
• Understanding and communications of policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required; Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• 5+ years applicable work experience in administrative, customer service, and/or accounting functions
• Previous experience as a Business Account Administrator preferred
• Ability to exchange information clearly and concisely
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have strong mathematical and analytical skills

Position Summary
This position is responsible for the forecasting, planning and analyzing of promotional trade plans. Tracking financial information/trade spending within assigned client’s proprietary system. Presents with BDM to client and/or customers.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Promotional Trade management/planning with client’s proprietary system
Forecasting and analysis
• Forecast and design plans for client promotional trade funding based on historical trends
• Track financial information, prepare financial and account analysis, prepare reconciliations
• Research and report on facture influencing business performance (via print ads, reports, trends, etc.)
• Analyze, identify and resolve potential trade issues and make recommendations for resolution
Modeling and tracking plans
• Model annual promotional plans and update system with approved plans
• Enter agreed upon contracts/plans into system
• Track spending plans to ensure that promotions are actualized and all deductions have been received.
• Track invoices and deductions related to trade within specified Market
Present with BDM new item presentations and account calls
Client and customer interactions
• Understanding and communications of policies and procedures
• Daily and weekly communication with client trade team to ensure that plans are up to date and being managed effectively to ensure proper use and maximum benefit

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
Indirect Reports
This position does not have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reports
Travel and/or Driving Requirements
Travel is an essential duty and function of this job. Driving is not an essential duty or function of this job.

Minimum Qualifications
Education Level: (Required): High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
(Preferred): Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years applicable work experience in administrative, customer service, and/or accounting functions
Previous experience as a Business Account Administrator preferred

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while serving as a liaison to department heads, managers, associates, clients and customers
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks with minimum supervision
• Ability to exchange information clearly and concisely
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Must have strong organizational skills
• High computer literacy with a proficiency in computer software to include: Microsoft Windows, Spreadsheet (Excel), Word-processing (Word), and advanced presentation application software (PowerPoint)
Environmental & Physical Requirements

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
