Position Description
Oversees financials for the division by monitoring and evaluating financial performance for each market; developing plans to correct deficiencies in
financial performance; and ensuring divisional goals are met.
Oversees the implementation of service standards for the division by aligning company goals with patient needs and expectations ; recognizing and responding to trends in patient complaints; determining resolutions to patient complaints and establishing best practices to set consistent service levels; and resolving patient service issues as needed.
Develops, grows, and maintains professional relationships with health care providers by developing relationships with professional state boards, associations, and colleges ; aligning health and wellness vision with the health care industry movement ; advocating and communicating the mission and standards that establish a best place to practice environment ; understanding the scope of practice for health care providers and changes in health care; dedicating time to meet and discuss the health care provider's business; and ensuring leadership is responsive to the needs of health care providers.
Hold leadership accountable for implementing a trusted health care environment with professional, knowledgeable, and capable health care providers and associates ; creating avenues for recruiting, attracting, and developing health care professionals and leadership talent; and ensuring health care professionals develop a trusted relationship with patients and exercise a consistent standard of care.
Oversees compliance with applicable state, federal, and local laws and company policies to ensure the safety and well-being of patients by analyzing and interpreting reports and safety controls to determine root cause of deficiencies; developing and ensuring implementation of best practices to ensure patient safety; overseeing safety, operational, and quality assurance reviews; developing and implementing action plans to improve performance; and ensuring training and guidance on the execution of company procedures and policies.
Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business, Arts, Sciences, or related field and 5 years' experience in Health and Wellness management or related area OR 7 years' experience in Health and Wellness management or related area.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
2 years’ multi-facility management experience.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
4 years' Health Care experience
