Position Description:
POSITION PURPOSE
The overall responsibility of the Director of Lead Management is the strategic responsibility for all aspects of lead management across the Home Services business. This includes nurturing aspects of the customer journey across multiple engagement points and to improve the customer experience within lead management. The incumbent is also responsible for the development and execution of a bottoms up lead generation plan that ties to the Services sales plan and encompasses online, stores, affiliate and traditional marketing channels. The leader is also responsible for coordinating the Services communication and execution plans with our Stores regarding related activities to drive leads and sales. The leader will also have responsibility for resources supporting lead management systems and technology.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Drives the installation business in the stores and achieves aggressive sales, IMU, markdowns, and customer satisfaction goals for all AHS programs.
• Manages team of Field Service Merchants and AHS Specialists to ensure smooth field execution of AHS programs
• Measure impact of changes and new projects on AHS.
• Evaluates needs of multiple project requests and impact on AHS operations, aggregates data from team and ensures needs of projects are met.
• Provides expertise and strategic thinking and process design to drive successful improvements in AHS, working toward quickly implementation and ROI.
NATURE AND SCOPE
• Typically reports to VP, Home Services
• Accountable for the management of a department or functional group through subordinate supervisors/managers and for all personnel issues -- including selection, termination, performance appraisal and professional development of subordinates.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
Years of Relevant Work Experience:8 years
Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Preferred Qualifications:
9 plus years experience in field or related field
