Position Description
In the Director of Recruiting role, you will be the leader of a team of 100+ associates who will help to oversee the day to day for Sam’s Club Shared Service Recruiting Operation. You will own the candidate experience and the relationship with the club leaders to ensure that they are fully staffed to plan. Estimated volumes are around 350,000+ pre-screens and 65,000+ annual hires.
• Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
• Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
• Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
• Directs the alignment of multiple cross-functional teams to deliver key business objectives
• Directs the development of and drives strategy and processes in area of responsibility
• Directs the financial performance of multiple assigned business areas
• Directs the implementation of initiatives and process improvements in area of responsibility
• Monitors global projects
• Provides overall direction
Minimum Qualifications
1 year s supervisory experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Information Technology, or related field and 5 years experience in accounting, finance, payroll, information systems, or related area OR 7 years experience in accounting, finance, payroll, information systems, or related area.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
• Recruiting shared service leadership
• Previous experience with Service Now and Workday systems
• P&L Management
• 4 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• 4 years of experience with change management processes.
• 4 years using advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
